Zappiti Player firmware version "130222_1831_b5"

To manually install the firmware the following steps should be done:

* At first, install intermediate "transit" firmware:
  www.zappiti.com/firmware/dune_firmware_zappiti__base3d_130221_1050_b4.dff.zip

* Then, install the target firmware:
  www.zappiti.com/firmware/dune_firmware_zappiti__base3d_130222_1831_b5.dff.zip

Changes since 130114_1511_b3:
- Fix DTS-HD MA issues.
- Fix DVD sound issues on both S/PDIF and analog audio outpout. 
- Improvement for BD Lite: new feature to mauch the main movie automatically.
- Other minor fixes.

Changes since 121217_2141:
